On 16th June 2021, the TOG Extraordinary General Shareholders'Meeting No.1/2021 passed a resolution to restructure the company with the Entire Business Transfer of Poly Sun Company Limited (PLS) to Thai Optical Group Public Company Limited (TOG). At present, TOG holds 99.99 percent of PLS’s ordinary shares and anticipates completion of the transfer formalities before December 2021.
The main objectives of the business transfer are aimed at streamlining the supply chain and enhancing the efficiency of sun-glare filtered lens manufacturing, as well as at reducing unnecessary expenses, incurred from inter-company transactions and management.
This is an important corporate milestone in continuing to expand business opportunities in the sun protection eyewear market.
