TPL increased its registered capital to 265 million baht to buy 99.99 percent of TOC’s ordinary shares

TPL changed its name to become Thai Optical Group Public Company Limited and increased its registered capital to 400 million baht to sell shares to specific groups of investors as a prerequisite to sell shares to the public

TOG offered its shares to the public and submitted all shares to be registered with the Stock Exchange of Thailand

TOG developed the production of high index lenses with a refractive index of 1.67

TOG increased its registered capital to 475 million baht to sell 68.75 million shares (at 1 baht/share value) to Specsavers Group to support the right to use purchase warrant to allocate to employees and the management

TOG and TOC developed the lean production process. MVision Optical Pte Ltd and MVision Optical Industry Sdn Bhd were established in Singapore and Malaysia, respectively, to conduct businesses in prescription lenses and distribute finished lenses.
