Thai Optical Group Public Company Limited (TOG), together with partners Specsavers Group, Better Vision, and Mahidol University’s Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, are organizing and participating in initiatives to help encourage children to learn about the importance of eye health. Initiatives include the screening for lazy eye disease and other vision concerns of primary school students at Kosit Samoson School, on 5th September 2023.
Dr.Pittaya Phamonvaechavan, Associate Professor, Head of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Eye Muscles, Department of Ophthalmology Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital at Mahidol University, led a team of ophthalmologists, during the initiative, checking the eyesight of students with vision problems.
Also as part of this project, Mr. Torn Pracharktam, TOG’s Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Pakee Pracharktam, Better Vision’s Executive Director, jointly delivered eyeglasses to Kositsamosorn School’s Deputy School Director, Mr. Venus Jomkor, to benefit the students and correct their eyesight.
